Privacy

Only what you volunteer. There is no sign-in, purchase, or payment on this site. If you ask to receive Studio dispatches, we collect your email address and, if you offer it, your first name. If you write to us by email or telephone, we hold what you send us only for as long as needed to answer you.

We use your email address, and your first name if given, for one purpose: to send occasional letters about Studio releases, Oakleaf Park writing, readings, listenings, screenings, editions, and company news. We do not sell, rent, or share the list, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. We record the exact wording you agreed to, the version of that wording, the page you signed up from, and the date and time, so that consent is demonstrable. We keep your record until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and for a short period afterwards to honour the request.

You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any dispatch or by writing to studioassistant@oakleafparkstudio.com. Subscriber records are held in our hosted database and are not readable from this website; when email delivery is in use, an email service provider will process your address solely to deliver the dispatch on our instructions.

As with any website, requests to our hosting provider may involve ordinary technical information such as an IP address, browser type, and requested page, processed to deliver and secure the site. To limit abuse of the dispatch form, we store a one-way hash of the sending IP address with a subscription record; the address itself is not retained. We do not use this information to build profiles of visitors.

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run a marketing analytics tracker. If that changes, this page will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested first.

Oakleaf Park and deleg8 it are separate properties with separate customer relationships. Data practices specific to either property are described in that property's own policy, not inferred from this page.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information held about you, and to withdraw consent. The only records we hold from this site are dispatch subscriptions and any correspondence you have sent us; you may ask us to provide or delete either at any time.
